For those of us who are new and confused, where's the right section for a beginner to begin?

Actually, I'm in the pre-beginner phase. My divorce won't be final until June 22, and I thought this would be a good opportunity to open myself back up to getting in the game.

The problem is that it's just so vast. I thought the challenge was designed for newbies

The Challenge itself hasn't actually started yet. Right now we've just got people who are interested talking about pickup. I suspect that the total newbies like us just don't have much to talk about yet. Hopefully when the actual assignments start getting posted on July 1st the discussion will tend to drop down to our level. :-)

Not that I'm not reading most of the posts. I'm just not finding much of it applicable to me yet.
