I was thinking: How does telling somebody where they go wrong help them? They already know they suck at dressing, that's why they are asking for help. Let's give them input. I know the ladies could totally help us with this, and there are some stylish guys on the forum I'm sure. So, let me start with the first subject.
KUBANER:
You have dark hair and eyes with light to medium toned skin. I'm guessing you can tan though you aren't tan right now. You don't look overly fat, so this shouldn't be too difficult. I'm going to keep you very very basic for now. This isn't peacocking, this is about looking put together.

Ok, this is a very simple, very versatile type of outfit that you could wear lots of places and not have to worry about making a faux pas. It's simple, flattering to your coloring, bla bla bla. Plus, I didn't break the bank in the selections: The shirt's $69, the shoes are $90, the ring is $19, and the jeans are the only mildly expensive thing at $130, but that is NOTHING for jeans these days.
